Implementation of processes, customisation of software, training of the staff members, support after go live
Through a public tender the FPS Economy contracted PROCOS for the implementation of a large number of ARCHIBUS modules. Based on a project by the client, the processes were developed and documented.
By using ARCHIBUS the facilities department currently manages 26 buildings of which 7 are in detailed implemented in the Space Management module. (Total Floor space +/- 120.000 m²).
For the corrective maintenance (work on demand) the PROCOS team implemented the Service Desk and the On Demand Work application. The detailed processes with their SLA’s and KPI’s have been implemented using these modules. A few examples of processes:
- Procurement process: ARCHIBUS Service Desk manages the creation and the authorization of purchase requests and produces all the necessary documents.
- The complete catalogue of services offered by the Facility Department is available using the Service Desk application. Examples are requests for catering, copy, transport, moves, travel, etc.
- Follow-up of the requests related to the buildings and technical installations
The FPS also uses ARCHIBUS for the preventive maintenance of their buildings. The information in this module is also linked to the Service Desk. This guarantees notification when needed and a perfect execution of all planned preventive actions.
