The maintenance department of the city of Antwerp (Stad Antwerpen) has about 800 employees. They are responsible for a large number of services. The internal clients of the maintenance department are all the other departments of the city administration.
PROCOS supported the transition of a traditional procedures driven organization to a performance driven facilities management department. After an in depth analysis PROCOS defined the AS IS situation, pitfalls and developed a TO BE situation.
The project also prepared the organization for the implementation of an FMIS and the implementation. PROCOS supported the city of Antwerp during the entire process.
