Facilities Management for a new building
In the Louvain region 800 civil servants of the Flemish Administration moved to one new office building in Louvain (Vlaams Administratief Centrum). Several departments coming from different locations, start working in a brand new building with a new office concept. The building, designed by one of the leading architects in Belgium, was part of the development of a new office area connected to the train station.
PROCOS was in charge of the start up of the Facilities Management of the entire building : setting up the procedures, creating a team and supporting the users.
The PROCOS consultants and engineers also participated in the move and they supported the start up of the technical installations.
